4.2 Other Promotions

4.3 Bonus Abuse Policy
5j777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and any winnings earned from that bonus if an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits dishonestly, if bonuses are claimed through multiple accounts, or if any manipulation is detected.
4.4 Bonus Cancellation
If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are completed, any active bonus and winnings earned from that bonus will be cancelled. Only the original deposit amount will remain withdrawable.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, 5j777 reserves the right to void that bet and return the relevant funds.
5.2 Technical Issues
If any game or betting session is left incomplete due to a server outage, loss of internet connection or any other technical problem, 5j777 may declare that round void.

Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum and 1.5% at Diamond. Cashback is a set percentage of the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).
Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.
VIP tier placement is based on regular betting activity. 5j777 reserves the right to adjust, suspend or cancel any member's VIP tier, particularly in the event of a rule violation.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the 5j777 platform's logo, design, software, content and other materials are owned by or licensed to 5j777. No part of the platform may be copied, distributed or republished without written permission.

8. Account Suspension and Closure
